Body language and Communicating in the Workplace

In business, communication is key. Whether you’re trying to get your point across to a client or simply networking with other professionals, it’s important to be able to send the right message. And while verbal communication is certainly important, body language can be just as telling – if not more so.

That’s why it’s important to be aware of the way you present yourself when communicating with others.

This course will help you to do just that. You’ll learn how to read other people’s body language, and how to use your own body language to communicate effectively. We’ll also cover some of the most common mistakes people make when it comes to body language, and how to avoid them.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to confidently communicate with others, using your body language to send the right message.

The instructor will dig deep into the world of body language and provide you with many examples. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on exercises to improve their ability to read and send body language signals.

The verbal communication skills module will show participants how to craft and deliver powerful messages. Participants will also learn how to actively listen to others, which will help them to better understand the other person's point of view.
