TERMS OF SERVICE

Below are the terms applied to students and partners of EDHub. Please read the entire agreement carefully before participating.

Once you have registered on edhub.vn (including registering as an Affiliate, Affiliate Manager, Instructor), we will understand that you have read and agreed to all the terms outlined in this agreement.

The latest updates (if any) will be posted here, and EDHub will not notify each partner individually, so please check this page frequently for the latest policies.

GENERAL TERMS

Article 1: Personal Account Information

When registering an EDHub account, to receive quick support, you need to provide complete and accurate information: Full name, Email, Phone number, Gender, Date of birth, City, etc.

We use your contact information to send course activation codes, promotional notices, password reset confirmations, class discussions, etc.

Your date of birth and gender information is used to suggest suitable courses and send gifts on your birthday.

You can log in using your EDHub account (email + password) or sign in via Google, Facebook.

You can update your personal information or delete (cancel) your account at any time when you no longer wish to use it.

Article 2: Information Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. If the password is disclosed by any means, EDHub will not be responsible for any losses incurred.

All your personal information will be kept confidential and not disclosed. We do not sell or exchange this information with any third party. However, in cases where authorities request, EDHub must provide this information in accordance with the law.

You have lifetime access to the courses you have registered: no limit on the number of times you can access the course or the duration of study.

You are not allowed to download videos or share videos on the Internet in any form. If violated, your account will be locked, and you will be legally responsible for intellectual property infringement.

EDHub may send notifications about your learning progress, promotions (if any), and new courses coming soon so that interested students can register early for discounts. If you do not wish to receive emails, you can click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

Article 3: Course Reviews and Discussions

Students participating in courses on EDHub have the right to review the quality of the course.

During the course, if students have any questions or suggestions, they can post their comments in the Discussion section—right on the lesson interface—to be answered by EDHub staff and instructors.

In addition, each course on EDHub has its own Discussion Group for students and instructors to exchange expertise.

Article 4: Prohibited Uses of the Service

Using any tools or forms to interfere with the services or courses on the EDHub system.

Disseminating or promoting activities that distribute, interfere with, or sabotage the content of lessons on the EDHub system. Any violation when detected will result in the deletion of the account and may be subject to legal action under copyright law.

Sharing accounts: if more than two people are found using the same account, it will be deleted immediately.

Insulting or mocking others in any form: criticizing, discriminating against religion, gender, or ethnicity.

Pretending to be or intentionally misleading others into thinking you are another user in the EDHub service system.

Discussing political issues, religious discrimination, or racial discrimination.

Actions or attitudes that damage the reputation of products, services, or courses on the EDHub system in any form or method.

Buying or transferring EDHub accounts or courses. (Courses can only be distributed through the Affiliate model.)

Impersonating EDHub to affect its reputation, causing confusion for students and partners in any way (using EDHub in email addresses, website domains, fan pages, etc.).

When such actions are detected from your account, EDHub reserves the right to revoke all related rights (including locking the account) or use the information you provided when registering to forward it to authorities according to the law.

Article 5: Overpayment Cases

Overpayments for courses will be credited to the e-wallet in the customer’s EDHub account to be used for future orders.

In cases of overpayment due to EDHub’s system error, we will either refund the excess amount or transfer it to your EDHub e-wallet for future orders (depending on your preference).

Clause 6: Tuition Refund Policy

• EDHub always aims to provide the best conditions for you to learn and update useful knowledge for work and life through high-quality courses on EDHub.

• However, if you are not satisfied or the course content does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund via email: cskh@edhub.vn if:

It is within 7 days from the payment date.

You have completed less than 30% of the lessons.

The course was purchased and paid for directly through EDHub or an authorized distributor by EDHub.

• If the payment was not made directly through EDHub (purchased from an instructor or another account...), EDHub cannot process the refund.

• Refund amount = Amount received by EDHub (after deducting payment gateway fees).

• Refund time: within 7 working days from the date of receiving your request.

Clause 7: Return Policy for EDHub Learning Cards

• To ensure the quality and learning effectiveness of students, EDHub has the following return policy for learning card products:

• For delivered cards that have not been used, the cards can be exchanged or returned if:

Within 90 days from the payment date.

The card has technical issues, is damaged, or cannot be activated or used.

The wrong type of card was delivered.

The learning card was paid for directly through EDHub or an authorized distributor by EDHub.

• For delivered cards that have been used, the card can be exchanged if:

Within 7 days from the payment date.

Less than 30% of the lessons have been completed.

Rules on notification and return product submission time

• Notification time for exchange/return: within 24 hours of receiving the product in the case of wrong or faulty cards.

• Time for sending the replacement card: within 14 days from the date of receiving the card.

• Refund amount = Amount received by EDHub (after deducting payment gateway fees and shipping costs).

• Method for requesting a card exchange/return: send an email to cskh@edhub.vn.

TERMS FOR AFFILIATES AND AGENTS

Clause 8: Regulations on Course Distribution for Affiliates

• The policies and mechanisms for Affiliates are updated here: https://edhub.vn/affiliate. The latest updates or changes will be posted on this page rather than individually notifying each Affiliate.

• Partners are not allowed to impersonate EDHub to promote courses that could mislead students (not using EDHub in the sender's name in emails, on fan pages, YouTube channels, etc.).

• Partners must not claim to represent EDHub when working with customers.

• Partners are not permitted to purchase search traffic for keywords (such as Google Adwords) or buy domain names related to EDHub, EDHub.vn. If detected, partners will be penalized with a revenue deduction, which could be 15 days, 30 days, or 3 months depending on the severity of the violation. Repeated violations will result in the Affiliate or Agent account being suspended temporarily or permanently.

• Partners are not allowed to run advertisements defaming other businesses to attract users.

• When using Email Marketing, the partner’s communication must comply with general standards for this channel (such as always including an option to unsubscribe, avoiding spyware, and not spamming customers).

• Partners must not entice customers to purchase courses by offering money or other valuable items such as phone cards or physical products.

• Partners must not solicit customers from fan pages managed by EDHub, from websites, or from landing pages (behaviors such as inboxing customers from EDHub ads, replying to comments with affiliate links on EDHub’s website or landing pages are strictly prohibited).

• The affiliate program does not apply to Agent customers: Retail or Wholesale purchases with a deposit.

• Affiliate Managers must have at least one affiliate order per month to qualify for commission from the system.

• If there is no affiliate income for 3 consecutive months, the Affiliate Manager's account will be suspended. To continue in this role, the manager must achieve a minimum monthly income of 1 million VND. The list of referred affiliates will remain intact.

• If no revenue is generated within 6 months from the registration date, the affiliate account will be suspended.

Clause 9: Regulations on Course Distribution for Agents

• Agents are not allowed to sell, give, or gift pre-created accounts to students, only activation codes for courses can be sold.

• Agents are not allowed to sell courses at prices higher than the listed price on EDHub or lower than 40% of the listed price on EDHub, unless EDHub has a promotional campaign.

• Agents must notify EDHub via email when creating a sales website.

• Agents must accurately display course information identical to the content on EDHub, including sales videos and logos on the sales videos.

• Agent websites must display an authentication seal provided by EDHub, placed at the footer of the website.

TERMS FOR INSTRUCTORS
Clause 10: Promotions and Course Giveaways
• EDHub reserves the right to conduct promotional programs and offer combo deals aimed at increasing revenue for both the partners and EDHub without prior notice to the partners. Partners can send an email to teacher@edhub.vn if they do not wish to participate in these promotional programs or if they want to adjust pricing in the Course Settings section.
• EDHub reserves the right to offer courses as scholarships during online or offline programs and events with the goal of promoting both the partner’s and EDHub’s brand. Partners can send an email to teacher@edhub.vn if they do not wish to give away courses.

Clause 11: Course Sales and Refunds for Students

• Instructors have the right to sell and distribute courses independently and collect payments from students.
• Instructors are responsible for providing refunds to students if the student requests a refund and meets the conditions outlined in Clause 6, provided the Instructor is the one who sold the course and collected the payment directly from the student.

Clause 12: Course Distribution on Other EDHub Platforms

• EDHub has the right to sell the Instructor’s courses on other EDHub platforms such as Acabiz.vn (a corporate training solution). Instructors have the option to participate in these platforms through settings in the Instructor menu. The revenue-sharing rate for the Instructor is clearly outlined in the Settings section.

PAYMENTS

Clause 13: Commission, Bonus, and Income Tax Payments

• EDHub Partners will receive revenue shares as per the agreement between EDHub and the Partner. Additional details can be found in the Affiliate and Instructor Collaboration programs.
• Partner program revenue will be accounted for monthly and paid out by the 15th of the following month at the latest (delays may occur due to banking system issues or public holidays). The payment threshold is 500,000 VND for Affiliates and 1,000,000 VND for Instructors. If the threshold is not met, the income will automatically roll over to the next month.
• Affiliates must complete the electronic contract (only once) before receiving their first commission payment.
• TOP AFFILIATE RACE: To encourage active partners, EDHub organizes Top Affiliate races, awarding those with the best results.
• EDHub will deduct a 10% personal income tax for partners whose revenue exceeds 2,000,000 VND, in accordance with state regulations (this includes income from Top Race bonuses).

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT AND TERMS UPDATE

Clause 14: Termination of Partnership Agreement

Any fraudulent activity or violations of any of the above-mentioned terms will result in the termination of the partnership agreement, or in more severe cases, the suspension of the account and nullification of all achievements on EDHub.vn without prior notice.

Clause 15: Terms Updates

EDHub may change, supplement, or amend this agreement at any time to reflect the latest policies. Significant updates will be announced and emailed to relevant partners.

APPLICABLE LAW

Clause 16: Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services to you will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
